Payment is made via Sberbank (for Russia) and PayPal
Return
Purchases can be refunded within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays for return shipping.
No exchange is allowed; just return your original purchase and place a new order.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. I do not accept items that have been worn, changed, or washed.
The refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item as soon as the parcel arrives to me. If you have any questions, please contact us maksatsksa@list.ru

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your shipping details and tracking number.
For all destinations outside of Russia, customers may face import taxes and customs duties. They vary from country to country, and I have no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and customs duties, you will be contacted directly by the delivery service and the order will not be released until you pay. Please contact your local customs office for more information about fees.
In the event that UPS is unable to deliver a parcel due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, several unsuccessful attempts to contact the customer using the phone number (required for purchase) at the delivery point, or otherwise, TMLBA is not responsible for paying the return shipping costs charged by the courier.
Similarly, TLMBA is not responsible for paying for repeated delivery of the product to the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
TLMBA is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather conditions or natural disasters. Similarly, I am not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as delays in placing an order. Similarly, TLMBA is not responsible for theft of packages.
In such cases, please contact your courier with any questions about the condition of your parcel.
